Unfortunately both got rejected due to wrong invoice number at about 36hrs later. Then I sent a request ticket with all info correct via offical website on Apr. 8th but dose not get any responds for 67hrs. I dont think the left hours will still get reply and would like to ask for check tickets from website please. Thank you
