Order transfer for A350

Good morning,

I have requested to transfer my A350 order from the store to INI Manager twice, as the MSFS store version is not receiving updates, and I have not received a response email either approving or denying the request.

I made the first request on March 6th, and the second on April 1st. In both cases, I received the request confirmation email from INIBuilds but nothing more.

Can you please check this and let me know if the transfer is possible?
