Missing ECAM memo for "Refueling Panel Open is OPEN"

As you can see below, please implement a sensed ECAM memo for when refuelling panel under the wing is open.

These are all the locations sensed, hence the "PNL DOOR OPEN" ECAM messages should apply to the below:
