DA20 GPS not able to be displayed on RSG GNS430

So I built a few flight simulators for a flight school and we recently bought and installed a GNS430 on two of the sims and while I can get the GPS to pop out and be moved to the physical GPS the DA20's we built the simulators for does not allow us to pop out the GPS into an extra window.

 

We have tried right alt and click to get it to pop out but no magnifying glass with a plus shows up and nothing happens. We can get it working on other planes and the buttons for the GPS work and actually interact with the DA20 GPS but not get it to pop out.
