serious stutters in MSFS2020

On flights into EGLL I'm getting seriously bad stuttering while panning inside and outside views. When i start a flight at EGLL after a while these stutters start and continue for whole flight. Hasn't happened on other flights

I noticed some prominent stutters at default msfs 2024 EGLL and only at EGLL so far. It might be related to the ANF so maybe don't load it in while at EGLL.

Sometimes I got framerate drop when I enable ANF on right ND.
