A350 cockpit not working in msfs2024

i've had the a350 for 2 days and still haven't gotten the cockpit to work, i cannot click anything, my displays work but again i cant interact with them, the only thing that moves are the rudder pedals, also when i spawn into the gate the engines are already running. The plane itself works well it's just the cockpit is broken, any fixes? I tried re-installing it.

 

ps: in the photo i am full throttle and full flaps, and while the flaps and engines are working, it doesnt show in the cockpit

 

update: i am now having the same problem with the ATR-72 by microsoft
