Engine exhaust heat blur - on both engines when starting engine no. 1

It appears that (on the A330-200) model, in the external view, when starting the engines, the engine exhaust heat blur also starts simultaneously on engine number two although just number one is starting up. Haven't checked on the other variant yet.
