No GPU connection

Good Morning all 

live started having a problem with the Airbus collection on MSFS 24 

When I spawn in to an airport the GPU is not connected so I can’t perform any power up. 
 

I have tried toggling from EFB but no joy. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.

This has started happening to me also, so I don’t think it’s a mistake you’re making, for me restarting the sim completely most of the time fixes it.
