AthlonHD Posted April 3 Posted April 3 I've met same situation when I take off from RJBB, also CTD at same point shortly after take off. And finally I found that NONE of the RJBB scenery on sale now is compatible with MSFS2024. So, some of CTDs also may caused by incompatible scenery s. 1
Kolo Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Yesterday, online on FSDT-Server, after 2 hours and in holding ( several holdings were stabil) I got the CDT unfortunatly. Verry sad about it. Never got this with 2024 and Fenix A320.
Philippe TORNE Posted April 12 Posted April 12 (edited) I am also experiencing CTDs using the A350 (version 1.0.7) in combination with FSLTL models. I investigated further and found something interesting I would like to forward to the iniBuilds team here : - Flying without FSLTL models: No CTD - Flying with FSLTL models and no traffic display on any ND (TRAFF EFIS switches OFF on both sides, ADS-B OFF in the SURV page) : No CTD - Flying with FSLTL models and traffic displayed on the ND (either TFC or ID selected on the EFIS) : CTD after a random time (1 to 3 hours) I tested on many different flights, different sceneries and always the same behavior. So my conclusion is that there is something wrong with the way the A350 processes data from FSLTL during the ND injection process. I hope this report will help solving this annoying issue. Kolo Posted April 12 Posted April 12 I can confirm Philippe. I got the CTD 2 times with use FSLTL Models as Modelset for VATSIM Onlinetraffic.

That’s interesting, I will do a flight today with FSLTL and keep TRAF and ADS-B off and see if that works. I’ll report back soon. Edited April 12 by Samir-1997

Philippe TORNE Posted April 15 Posted April 15 (edited) @haza2 could you feedback our observations to the development team ? Thanks in advance Edited April 15 by Philippe TORNE

coombearz Posted April 21 Posted April 21 Having CTD for the first time ever since owning the a350 and since the latest build update CTD part way through every flight, really not good enough
walex19 Posted April 26 Posted April 26 This is so annoying. Had to create an account to post here. Constant CTD, had over 10 between yesterday and today. It’s been horrible since the latest update and I’ve done everything suggested. Most recent crash was on approach to MMMX…guess I have to stop using this A350.

NojusGed Posted May 15 Posted May 15 I have also just had this issue today, on ver 1.10, SU1, i set up an overnighter from Heathrow to Haneda, all worked fine, went to sleep, woke up to my Desktop screen and Volanta showing the last location being over the North of Greenland. So it cannot be anything to do with scenery or any other addons. Really Gutted cause i was really looking forwards to using this plane.

Is there any update on this topic? This still keeps happening on a regular basis. Meanwhile the Fenix just gets better and better. I can say I wont buy anything from inibuilds until you fix your products. Edited August 10 by grtn

This issue has lessened significantly from what we've seen. It's near impossible to track down because people say "my sim crashed" without any information that can help us determine the cause. Ingo Posted October 8 Posted October 8 (edited) I also belong to those who experience a CTD with the A 350 EVERY time I try to load it. This ONLY happens with the A 350!! The event viewer always tells me that MSFS2024 has crashed. I am using SU3, updated all of the drivers, updated OS, using Navigraph, clean installation of the A 350 and its liveries. I had CTDs ever since I purchased the product. Stopped using it for a couple of months. Tried again after the recent update without success. The CTDs occur during in flight, during cockpit preparation, during boarding. This morning I invested three hours and I never even made to pushback!! About 10 CTDs in a row whille trying to configure a flght. At the end it even crashed the sim before I even made into the cockpit. This is very frustrating. There is something really wrong with this aircraft. I´ve flown the Fenix for hundreds of hours on Vatsim without a single problem, so it´s definitely the A 350 causing the trouble. The crash log in from the Windows 11 event viewer isn´t helpful because it only states that MSFS2024 has crashed. I will stop using this product for good. Since quite a few people are having the same problem it doesn´t have anything to with our systems. I´ve tried everything I can to get this thing to work, but I´ve given up for good. Hey Ingo, are you monitoring your CPU, GPU temps while it crashes? What are your specs & and what resolution are you running? Ingo Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Hey Robert, no I haven´t been monitoring any temps, because I never had to. I doubt strongly that my system (13900, RTX4090) is running hot. The CTDs happen randomely. I can´t reproduce the CTDs what makes it extremely frustrating and time consuming to find out what is causing the issue. 1

I remember vaguely 13900K and older cpus are getting quiet hot compared to AMDs in that perf range. I tend to monitor it a few times in a session to get a feeling about non- and heavy duty workloads. I am quiet certain sth. could be wrong on your side, but of course it could be sth on Inis side. As i am not having any CTDs with a slower GPU than yours i would expect similar issues. Did you tune your CPU or do you control your fans separately? Just curious... Ingo Posted October 8 Posted October 8 (edited) No, I don´t mess with my CPU or GPU. I just tried again. Loaded the aircraft, loaded the flightplan, pushback with GSX, started the engines... Then some stutters and bang..CTD. No traffic, no vPilot, nothing else. Only FS2024, the A350 and GSX. Edit: Turned off all of the other audio devices available on my system except for the headphones that I use because of the stutters before the CTD and also disabled GSX. Guess what: I was able to take off!!! Let´s see how far I get! At least I seem to be on the right track! After another 20 minutes: CTD. This time the error message is more precise: Faulting module name: grammar.pggmod, version 76.0.0.3 I have no idea what that is all about. I just want to fly the A350.......😝 Interesting. Just found this thread: Edited October 8 by Ingo 1
Ingo Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Hi folks, just wanted to let you know that my problem is solved. Using the SU4 beta version of fs2024 and everything is working now. For some reason the aircraft didn’t run on my system with SU3. God knows why…… 1
