AP OFF and WXR ON

Just did a first flight with the -900 using 1.0.5. Two issues I had. 

1. The WXR and PWS ON message is displayed on the upper upper ECAM whereas this wasn't the case before. I'm guessing the AUTO setting for the WXR on the surveillance page is broken? 

2. I had both autopilots engaged when flying an ILS approach into TXKF runway 30. When I pressed the AP disconnect via a joystick button assigned for the side stick button, the autopilot disconnected as expected with the disconnect sound. But when the autopilot disconnect sound stopped I got a continuous chime and master warning saying AP OFF in red with electronic checklist. 

3. While I was in cruise, I pressed the auto thrust disconnect button, via a joystick button and got a single chime. The problem is when I pressed the ATHR button on the FCU to turn it back on, I got a second, single chime.
