whenever i request gsx services i get this message (the addon <unknown> is causing couatl scripting engine to restart.
please run live update) and nothing works afterwards, i also ran live update and still nothing worked, i deleted all gsx profiles, reinstalled the plane, cleared wasm folder, updated gsx to the latest version, the issue only presists with the a350.

Suggestion FSDreamTeam Devs was to run the FSDT Live Update tool again and see if that helps. Worked for users in that forum.

Several times. No luck. Even after the A350 update they just dropped referencing GSX, still doesn’t work.

Same, did you update to latest version of GSX today? That seems to have triggered it today.

this is so anoying we pay for the most expensive plane in the sim and it is plagued with compatability issues NO GSX any more

I’d go to the GSX forum but I’d rather not spend my day being told it’s not GSX’s fault over and over again by the moderators

I’m having the same issue too. I’ve been flying in the fenix a320 all day without issues, but now when I’m trying to fly the A380 it has the same issue. I’ve tried reinstalling it and everything. Idk what to do

I'm seeing exactly the same problem. I reinstalled the A350 and GSX, ran live update nothing helped. Fenix A320 works fine with GSX.

Found that someone on the fsdt forum said before you do anything select customize airport positions. Change front and rear baggage loaders to conveyor belt. That fixed it for me. Obviously you’ll have to do it for every gate.

My GSX is all over the place. Baggage loading now tries to load on the rear left of aircraft all 3 loaders on top of each other and my GSX menu always starts up with only confirm good engine start page. cannot control any GSX options. Its broke.

So definitely not a GSX issue. It's as a result of the 1.05 update. no options for caterers and boarding commences and indicator on the EFB shows passenger numbers boarding but no visuals detected boarding. Our people are invisible.

What's with this weekend being an update of disasters in the sim world?????  To have spent out hard-earnt money to keep being treated like fools is disgraceful.

To also add boarding started first then completed and then the catering and fuel arrived to do their thing. I believe it should be the other way around. And the GSX fueler only fuelled half the amount that was in simbrief.

Continuing on from the above, even the numbers don't add up with pax numbers in the EFB. I have 310 pax but when you add the numbers displayed in the individual classes they add up to 312.

Finally fixed it:

Go into your "C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager\couatl\GSX\assistanceServices" folder and delete:

__init__.pye

cargoLoader.pye

baggageLoader.pye

Then run FSDT Live Update (not installer). Live Update should then detect the missing files and re-download them.

that did not fix gsx for me. I still only have the pushback reference page. no other options available. And boarding is done before refueling or catering
