WASM Crash EDDM OMDB - entering data on the fix page

Hi,

 

just experienced a probable WASM Crash. Everything froze, wasnt able to click or move, had to terminate via task manager.

The crash occured as I was about to enter fix infos in the fix page, via mouse button click (I was in plan mode at this moment). Is there any option to provide some kind of log file? I wonder how you wanna fix those crashes without any further information.

EDIT: Just found the section how to report WASM in the FAQ. Very laborious...Sending a log file would be much easier. However will do this next time. But How am I supposed to do that: "

• Do not close the sim/restart flight immediately"    The sim froze, I had to terminate it.

Sorry to hear you had a WASM issue. Work continues to iron out bugs, we would be grateful if you did have another one in the future to follow the procedure. Thank you.
