The right SimBrief Profile

Hello and good Morning. I wonder which one is the right SimBrief Profile. I have two saved.

1.) iniBuilds (MSFS) - A350 - 900 Trent XWB - 84 (the one I use)

2.) G-NXWB - iniBuilds A350 - 900

and shouldnt there be different Profiles if we use long or short sharklets?

MAybe someone can explain. Thank you in advance.

Your number 1 SimBrief Profile is the "Default" profile for the iniBuilds A350 that's stored in the SimBrief Database.

Your number 2 SimBrief Profile is the profile that you have saved in your account.

Basically, when you create a new airframe to be saved into your account, you would take the default profile from the database (number 1) and you save it into a new entry as profile number 2. So, any additional edits that you do in that airframe, like default CI, or fuel profile, etc will be saved to your number 2 profile. Number 1 profile will never change as that's from the database itself. So go for number 2 if you already tweaked it to your liking.

Do we really need different profiles for long/short sharklets? I mean, you can customise the sharklets in the sim anytime anyway, I would think a single profile to cover both variants should be enough. We already have a separate A359 and A35K anyway, and I think that's enough for our needs. Otherwise, if you want a different profile, then feel free to create a new airframe again and do your own tweaks and save it as your "short/long" sharklets.
