Thrust lever "click" sound

Somehow the thrust lever "click" sound is not constant depending where move the thrust lever from. you only hear it from flex to climb however it is not heard from idle to CLB.

sometimes it cant be heard as well from CLB to FLEX. Also, the TOGA gate sound is not realistic.
