Flight model - unrealistic take-off

I think there is an issue with the flight model, at least on take off. Based on this video, and comparing to how it behaves in the sim, there is a very big difference. In the video you can observe how to main gear remains on the ground for a considerable time after rotation.

Here, at about minute 04:00, you can see how inibuilds a350 performs on takeoff, and I have seen this myself. And I have "felt" it each time on takeoff inside of the cockpit, you can definitely observe the wrong takeoff angle.
