A350 unresponsive half hour into flight

Hi, in a stream today I completed start up and took off ok. During flight all buttons and throttle including flaps were unresponsive. I couldn't move any by mouse or controller. However I could turn aircraft manually with tca joystick. I reloaded another flight and same thing happened. Next I choose just flights hawk and had no issues rest of stream.
