Simbrief not able to imported to the systerm

Hi everyone I'm so depressed, I bought A350 yesterday till now I'm not able to import simbrief  into the system please see the attached Navigraph updates successfully but the error when importing

Have you entered your Simbriefdates details in the tablet under options?

I think it is not Pilot ID but Original user name in your account Simbrief.

Same issue for me, tried both username and alias.

its your simbrief user id  that required  its in  the manual you need  to put your user id in, its on page 41 in the manual  that is supplied with the aircraft

nope its your simbrief user id thats required
