wildbill75 Posted March 13 Posted March 13 Hello, Since i'm encountering so many CTD's with the A350 despite having followed every setps for its installation (clearing the WASM folder before installing or upgrading, having the latest graphic drivers etc..) and the fact that I have a good computer (RTX 4080, Intel 13900k etc) I was wondering if the Windows version could play a role in this. For the moment my windows version is 23H2 up to date but what if the 24H2 was more reliable. Unfortunatly I cannot update to 24H2 due to a bug (0xc1900209) that prevent me to update. I tried a lot of things to fix that with no luck. What are your thoughts about that ? Thanks in advance
Nace42 Posted March 13 Posted March 13 (edited) im getting more crashes with the current version of the A350 (1.0.3) and 24H2 then i have ever before. the most solid build for me was the first release build. since ive gotten non stop wasm errors all the same faulting module (systems_gauge_update). ive done several game reinstalls, aircraft reinstalls. whats odd to me is that no matter how many times ive done this, it STILL remembers my A350 settings (external config, dirt etc but NOT maintenance stuff altho for some reason i always have lower then full hydraulic fluid)). i wonder if us clearing the wasm isnt actually clearing it all out. something is obviously saving and remembering what external/cockpit config i had as well as wear and tear and sounds. wildbill75 Posted March 13 Author Posted March 13 Thanks for the answer. Yes surely things are saved in the WASM files for the plane. I always have to go for the options menu of the A350 to set them as they were before re installing. So I will stay on 23H2 for the moment althought I'm still very depressed to have so many CTD's with the A350. Some youtubers are able to make long haul flights (A330 Driver for example) with no problems. The longest I made was a 10 hours flight and it crashes during the approach. The shortest was 10 minutes. I'm really clueless of what can I do to make it work. 1
C. Schaffhausen Posted March 13 Posted March 13 23H2, upgrade to 24H2 and you get noticeable audio stutters all around. Look it up and you'll find many. 1
