A350 Flap Sounds

The flap sounds are horrendous on the A350. Seems that people can hear it but there are other people who can't hear them. Flap sounds like the exhaust of the engine. I have attached a video with audio to better explain this. No matter how many times I cleared WASM, or restarted my sim and my computer, Flap Sounds don't work.
