Messttr Posted March 4 Posted March 4 The weight units (lbs/kgs) used by the specific airframe should depend on the liveryconfig.cfg file, so that when you load, for example, Delta Air Lines A350, the aircraft loads with the correct weight units, lbs, and for example when you load Finnair A350, it loads in kgs. 2

Delta aircraft in Kgs 😂 it would be much better to have it linked to the liveryconfig file... also it would be nice to have the option in OIS to override the options locked by the file. 1 1

jaybird Posted Saturday at 12:36 PM Posted Saturday at 12:36 PM I'd vote for having it completely user selectable as well, but having it being consistent when you do decide 🙂
nickmciniboy Posted Sunday at 03:26 PM Posted Sunday at 03:26 PM I'm with Messtr on this, the options that is the most realistic is that it's linked to the airline company. If you fly in the states, then its pounds and inches of mercury (at the end of the day when you look at an American METAR you'll only ever see inches of mercury so in that case you'll have to convert if you choose to keep the aircraft in metric mode).
