SEC FPL breaks ACTIVE

Hello I tried to build a new route inflight in the SEC 1 and when I entered DEP/ARR airports IN THE SEC INIT PAGE then the aircraft reverted to HDG mode and I noticed that all my ACTIVE FPL was deleted. This is one of the many bugs I noticed when working with SEC FPL. There are very serious issues with the segregation between ACTIVE and SEC FPL.

I normally copy a secondary flight plan during preflight and yesterday, I noticed that once copied it got rid of my primary flight plan and the information on the init page.  I managed to get it back somehow by swapping active, but at the time I couldn't tell if it was my own operator error (I'm normally a Boeing pilot) or there is legitimately a bug.  All I did was copy the active and nothing else.

I mention this because I believe the problem is related.

Ya, there seems to be some issue with dynamic plan changes period, I was flying KATL/EHAM and late in the flight decided to change the VIA in my approach and doing that wiped the whole plan. I suspect there's some fundamental internal problem here, I hope Inibuilds can find and fix that. Meanwhile I just am leaving my STAR/APPR phase unset until the latter half of the flight.
