Aircraft Won't Move

I have been trying since purchase to resolve this issue and I just can't get passed it. I have gone as far as uninstalling and removing everything MSFS related. Deleting all associated directories (Community. WASM etc).  I have removed and disconnected all peripherals (joysticks, throttles etc) and removed any key bindings that were not defaults in MSFS2024.  The Aircraft still won't budge. I have verified the chocks are not there as well. The brake PSI is maxed out, and goes down by about 1/2 if I turn of anti-skid, but the aircraft still won't move. It also won't move with the built in pushback controls.
