refhat21 Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Good morning. I'm experiencing an issue with the A350 aircraft in MSFS 2020. When I load the A350, the in-game dropdown ATC function doesn't work correctly. Hovering over the ATC commands causes a screeching sound, and I'm unable to click on any of the commands. All other bottom panel functions, such as camera, Navi-graph, Simbrief dispatch, and weather, are working as expected. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thanks.
LorPan Posted March 1 Posted March 1 I've just faced a similar issue on LLBG (Tel Aviv). Some things work on some airports while some others don't on various airports. For instance, on airports like KLAS or OMDB, the aircraft is not moving backwards when on reverse thrust, while on EGLL it works.
Zuhayr Akhlaq Posted March 2 Posted March 2 for me i had a similar problem but i fixed it using the radio panel inside the cockpit making sure im connected and my volume is up and the radio is on
Agung Pamungkas Posted March 2 Posted March 2 You can use the ATC built-in MSFS, try to increase the volume on the radio panel, click the volume button until the white indicator is active, and then click the button above the volume (green indicator active). I have no issue using built-in ATC. 1
Ivan Pato Posted Sunday at 03:13 PM Posted Sunday at 03:13 PM I'm having the same issue with the A350 in both MSFS 2020 and 2024, to be candid, I have yet to be able to complete a flight on this aircraft since I installed it! I'll stick with PMDG, it works every time! 1
refhat21 Posted Sunday at 03:54 PM Author Posted Sunday at 03:54 PM Can you please post a screen shot of the ATC radio panel i am still learning flight sim. thank in advance.
deephack Posted Sunday at 06:56 PM Posted Sunday at 06:56 PM Make sure that the VHF1 call button is pushed and the associated volume selector is pulled out so that it is illuminated and then rotated clockwise to turn up the volume. By default these selections are all off. 1
xe_operator Posted Sunday at 09:12 PM Posted Sunday at 09:12 PM @refhat21Take a look at the iniBuilds A350 manual page 68. Make sure the VHF1 microphone button (Item 7) is selected (green) and the reception knob (Item 8 ) is pulled out and volume adjusted. 1
