I was going to buy the upgrade, but the store says its not available to me when I try to use the code, why would this be, I have the plane in 2020?? Am I missing something?

Hmm, well i started a transfer request, but when I looked back thru my email it looks like I actually purchased from you guys. Anyway, I filled out the form, please help me straight this out!
