Freeze when requesting company flight plan

Hi there, 

I'm regularly getting a freeze when I request the company flight plan.

I.e., Simbrief flight plan is ready - standing at gate, powering up aircraft, going to MCDU, clicking on 'Request Company Flight Plan' - that makes the aircraft freeze. Anyone else with this problem?
