CBH Posted March 1 Posted March 1 This weekend I have 3 flights using the A350.I really like the advanced A350 aircraft, but I still meet some problems that greatly affected my experience during the flight. One of the issues that particularly affects the experience is that the A350 aircraft cannot insert a Waypoint with the same name into the correct position when manually entering F-Plan. To be specific- When I was entering the next waypoint of a waypoint, the system prompted me to select one of several waypoints with the same name. I selected one of them. This waypoint should normally be placed after the previous waypoint, but it was not. It was placed after the SID of my departure airport! If the waypoint does not have the same name, it is inserted correctly. I've had this problem on several flights.(I use the default LIDO NavData of msfs2024) In addition to the above problems, I also encountered avionics freezing, msfs no response when ending the flight, etc. Of course, it is undeniable that overall this aircraft is very excellent. I hope these problems can be solved as soon as possible so that I can have a better flying experience. 1
AceDuckling Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Having the same issue, imo this makes manually entering the flightplan impossible on 99% of routes, so you always have to import the entire flightplan 1
CBH Posted March 2 Author Posted March 2 @AceDucklingYou are right, importing the flight plan does alleviate this situation. But unfortunately I don't have a navigraph subscription, which means I can't use the new navdata in simbrief. I believe many people don't have it either, because its monthly price is still too expensive for some students such as me.Also I prefer entering the flight plan manually because it is more immersive.
