A350 Flight level issue

I took 3 flights in MSFS 2020 with the -1000 variant, all flights from KLAS to KLAX, with different FLs: 280, 200 and 160.

Everytime I start to descend to 1900 feet, right after TOD, I never make it in time to 1900 feet. I get close to the runway at around 3-4000 feet and I’m unable to land. 

In another flight I took from KLAS to KLAX, I was able to land the aircraft only if I started to descend according to the altitudes indicated by the waypoints, on screen. 

Also, after landing, with AP ON and autobrakes the plane started to steer right going off the runway.
