Issues setting up the fuel & load, Dest EFOB warning, calculated fuel amounts coming up short.

I have a Simbrief flight plan from LFPO > KSFO, it gives a block fuel of 89kg. I'm using the official Inibuilds A350-1000 profile in simbrief.

I set this amount via the EFB and the aircraft also displays the 89kg on board.

When I go to Active/fuel & load, I set the ZFW, ZFWCG, and Block, as well as PAX.... In the trip it says 146.2 tons and it is therefore indicating that the FOB will be short by ~57 tons.

What am I doing wrong here? Is the Simbrief estimate that wrong? Is the trip amount way off? Am I missing something else here?
