Eddie Posted February 28 Posted February 28 We are working on a patch hopefully out today (Feb 28th zulu time) that should address these issues. 1 hour ago, trisho0 said: I want to get my money back of the IniBuilds A350. How to proceed? Patricio Valdes Unfortunately we do not process refunds. All digital purchases are final. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; hopefully this patch will sort things out for you. However, it seems you have not joined the SU1 beta for MSFS 2024. Olavorw Posted February 28 Posted February 28 I got it to not crash every time I looked at the plane, but now I can only spawn it on runways it seems. the whole sim crashes when I hit the start flight button after flying it once and I have to restart the sim.

I appreciate that there is a patch coming soon. I managed to do a full flight without crash after resetting the WASM stuff and downgrading to Nvidia 572.42. However, while preparing the MCDU for a second leg, the sim crashed again. Anyway, It is a great experience to fly the A350. It feels well-engineered already. Regards

I launch FS24 and I don't receive any update yet so, I assume I do have the FS24 last version.

I bought the product to fly not to troubleshoot strange little problems. (LOL) Patricio Valdes
tapo747 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 im getting the same crash. i have tried all you have suggested and its still the same. even the patch didnt fix it
trisho0 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 None of IniBuilds planes work with MSFS2024 without crashing so, it is a common issue hopefully fixed soon. Patricio Valdes
Pave Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Friends, try to remove the Nvidia driver 572.60 If you installed it, of course. And install an earlier version of the driver. For example, 572.16
trisho0 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 I have the NVidia driver version 560.94 and still the same crashing. Patricio Valdes
Pave Posted March 2 Posted March 2 38 minutes ago, trisho0 said: I have the NVidia driver version 560.94 and still the same crashing. Patricio Valdes And I also have CTD when I add third-party liveries. I do it like this. I have the Steam version. I add the folder with the livery to the Community folder. Then I delete all the files from the WASM folder \MSFS2024\inibuilds-aircraft-a350 My folder arrangement. sdflyer Posted March 2 Posted March 2 I installed SU1 beta and cleared WASM! I was able to fly only once in 1000 version with default livery. 900 version doesn't load (hangs loading flight screen indefinitely) Half of the time 2024 crashes when loading flight with 350. Not sure what is the deal A300 works flawlessly. Friday patch didn't solve any of the problems. Please fix P.S. My rig: I9-3900KF, 64G, Gforce 4090. 1

That is, if I fly on 900, then when I load 1000, I get CTD. I clean out the WASM folder and can load 1000.
flyingpaul1980 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 I'm clearing the WASM for the A350 before every MSFS session (MSFS2024), i entered the SU1 Beta for the A350 only and still I'm getting crashes. Today I loaded into the aircraft and it didn't power up when i pressed the Ext Power and Battery Switches, nor did it accept any flight control or throttle commands. Pity 😞
Pave Posted March 2 Posted March 2 To be honest, I wrote "flying" but that's not quite true. I made 1 flight. Now when I gain altitude, my screen freezes)))) I have to hard exit the simulator. While I'm tweaking the settings on the ground((((
trisho0 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 The IniBuilds CTD issues (any aircraft model) is common faulty not from MSFS2024 sim. Patricio Valdes
mikko85 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I'd like to report an issue: When loading the inibuilds A350 in the 2024 version of Microsoft Flight Simulator, the game crashes and abruptly returns to the desktop. After two days of troubleshooting, including reinstalling the game, checking the plugins, and reinstalling the operating system, I have finally identified an issue with this A350 aircraft model. That is, there is a probability of the game crashing when loading. Especially, the closer it is to the ground, the more likely the crash will occur. As for the default aircraft, when zooming in on the scenery to select the spawn location, the closer it is to the ground, the more likely it is to keep spinning infinitely and fail to load. However, it will not crash. For example, the default A310 aircraft in the game, which is also from your company, will not crash. But when the A350 is loaded into the game when it is close enough to the ground, it will almost certainly crash.
