Guy1300 Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Hi there, First of all I want to thank everyone in the team for awesome aircraft! Now, when I landed previously I disengaged the autopilot via the red button on my joystick (airbus TCA joystick), got the alarm for the disengagement but couldn’t turn it off, clicked on the alarm button next to chrono, and the red button again on the joystick. thanks for help, Guy
pilotalihoteit Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Make sure the autopilot disconnect button on your stick is mapped correctly to the Red button on the side stick, and not on the AP switch on the FCU. I have FSUIPC and mapped it correctly and I do not have that issue. I have the same Airbus TCA Joystick.

Hi thanks for reply, the red button on my joystick is disengaging the autopilot but when I click it again it’s engaging the A/P unlike the Fenix a320 which first click disengage the A/P and the second click turns the alarm off. But I will try the FSUIPC option too.
pilotalihoteit Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Exactly, red button should not re-engage autopilot. That's incorrect mapping. For Fenix i had to use FSUIPC.

jlsy Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Hi, I have the same hardware and issue (the A/P disconnect alarm siren won't go away), and my issue is that even clicking the 'caution' button (the button atop the PFD that blinks red when the A/P disconnect) doesn't stop the siren. Am I missing something? thanks
