LukeFF Posted Monday at 06:50 AM Posted Monday at 06:50 AM (edited) This was the second time tonight while I was entering information on the MCDU that the plane froze up and the game crashed on me. This time it was while entering information on the Progress page. I hope the team is aware of stuff like this going on and has a fix planned, because it's really annoying to spend all that time preparing for nothing. 😠 Edited Monday at 06:52 AM by LukeFF
LukeFF Posted Monday at 07:19 AM Author Posted Monday at 07:19 AM And...once again. same page, same information, crash. For goodness sake, if you're going to call an aircraft premium, make sure it works right before releasing it and charging money for it. I've now wasted an hour of my night dealing with this. Thanks.
Eddie Posted Monday at 01:16 PM Posted Monday at 01:16 PM Hello, We try and test every product to the best of our abilities, regardless of it being Premium or not. Of course, we will never be able to test 100% of the many different possible scenarios & setups that can exist out there so for any crash instance we do require more information to try and reproduce. For this reason we need screenshot/video clip of what was trying to be entered just before the crash as well as the conditions in which it happened (if it is specific to any phase of flight for example) to see if we can reproduce. I have yet to be able to reproduce what you describe, but like mentioned, it may be due to not doing exactly what you are due to the limited information given. Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
LukeFF Posted yesterday at 12:03 AM Author Posted yesterday at 12:03 AM The crash happened at the exact same time and phase of flight - powered up, on the ground at the ramp. I had just completed entering the takeoff performance numbers and moved to the Progress page to enter on the right-hand side my reference point (KMEM36C). In both instances MSFS froze as I was typing that information.
