Question about a EGHI

I'm not so clear on this

Do this mean that if I buy it I can install it in either MSFS 2020 or MSFS 2024?

 

 

I currently have 2020

I might be buying 2024 later. In such case can I just copy it from one community folder to another and it will work?

Yes that is what it means; you'll be able to use this scenery for both simulators.
