Hifi flyer Posted December 11 Posted December 11 Hello Admins, I recently tried purchasing the A300-600 Premium for MSFS 2024 through the iniManager app. When I hit "Purchase Now" button, it says to wait a few minutes for the product to show up. It didn't show up at all. I thought that the transaction didn't go through, so I tried to purchase it again, with the same result, no product showing, and no email of the purchase. Is there an issue with the iniManager app? How do I know if the purchase went through? Do I need to go to the website to order? Very confusing, and I hope that I didn't purchase twice! John Magee
IniSteve Posted December 11 Posted December 11 Hi John, Sometimes the back end has a hiccup and the order doesn't complete despite the app giving the impression it did. Your hunch it hasn't is likely correct but the first thing I would do is check with your payment source and see if a charge was in fact processed. If not, the order did not complete. If for some reason you do see a double charge, submit a ticket here https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact under the "direct support" link and we'll sort you out. Thanks!
