Problem with MCDU > INIT FUEL PREDICTION (A320 NEO)

When starting a flight with an aircraft at the runway threshold, with the aircraft already turned on, the MCDU only shows the initial INIT screen, but does not show the next screen (INIT FUEL PREDICTION). Therefore, it is not possible to insert ZFW/ZFWCG or BLOCK. When I start the game with the aircraft turned off, the menu works normally. I'm on the Simbrief account with just numbers and the tablet data is imported. Does anyone have a solution for the INIT FUEL PREDICTION menu to appear even with the aircraft turned on?
