A400M Minimum flight speed

Featured Replies

Hi, I notice flying the 400M that his Minimum flight speed was about 140 knots and it stall speed was 130 knots with no payload, full flaps, and 10 percent fuel. I think that this is way to high as Airbus said that It can drop troops at 110 knots so I assume that it can approach or level flight at 120 -110 knots. Maybe the stall speed with full flaps is wrong in the flight model ? Or the dev used other source saying like it can't level flight at 110 knots or something like that.

Have a good day

In subzero weather at flight altitude, the autopilot is switched off and the engines stall.

Hi, it hurts to got no response, I can observe that the low speed performance where improved I guess?. Also I have an other proof to give, I've just seen the A400M tactical display and they were doing a low speed pass with doors open at the reported speed (by the Pilot Flying talking via radio to the crowd) at 120 knots, they then climb and executed a turn so I can assume that the stall speed is much lower than 120 knots in level flight (as they had to have a margin + enough energy climb and bank to turn). This is currently impossible to do in msfs24 as a 120 pass is possible but as soon as I climb (immediatly putting TO/GA) I stall within 10 sec.

I hope this get fix or maybe I've misunderstood something. Have a good day.
