I found in the Beluga some crosshairs and signs, which I think are should be not there? Am I right? I mean the numbrer followed by VU.

The XXXVU/VE are panel identification numbers. Each of the first two numbers are particular to that panel's location and function, and the last number will either be odd for the left side of the aircraft, or even for the right (hence 411, 413 and 417 being shown on your screenshots).
