Stansted lacking detail and runway lighting on Xbox

I have recently downloaded Egss for msfs and since 1.08 update I have seen a sudden drop in ground clutter, interior details and night lighting. I do not have the world update 17 installed when this happens. Hope this is fixed as it kills the immersion.
