No access to EFB in inibuilds A320 (V2) in MDFS 2020

I cannot do any entrys or changes in the EFP  by the Inibuilds A320neo (V2) in MSFS2020. Please help. Thank you very much

Hi there, 

Are you on Xbox or PC? If PC, do you by any chance have an older version of HorizonSim 787-9 installed? If so, please either remove it or update it to the latest version.
