[MMTJ] Airport SIDS/STARS missing

So I bought the [Magsoft [MMTJ] Tijuana Airport Addon] a while ago, and there has been this glitch where when you install the Airport Addon all the SIDS and STARS go missing for all aircraft and I know the addon was made by Magsoft Studios but I couldn't find anyway to contact them and every time I tried looking up Magsoft studios for some reason it brought up the ini builds website so I'm not sure but if you guys can contact Magsoft studios it would be appreciated if they can fix this inconvenience because what's the point of having an airport if its not flyable in/out
