KRFD seems to be missing the approach and arrival data, as another user noted there are no SIDs and STARs.  It seems all of the approaches are also not in place,   this causes programs like BeyondACT so no have much to do for an approach.  The GTN750 just shows a single approach where there should be many.

 

Looked at the Green Bay scenery and everything seem to be fine.  If Xwind KFRD is removed all of the approaches show up.
