A300-600R(F) 'TO CONFIG TEST BUTTON'?

I was expecting a "TO CONFIG TEST NORMAL" indication when I press the button (as in the INI videos), but instead I just get a yellow notification 'Nav ADC'

All I can find about that here is that it's a notification that I can clear - but what does it mean exactly, please? And why don't I get the 'test normal' clearance? If there were anything specifically wrong (which I am pretty sure there is not), e.g. no flaps, or trim not set, wouldn't I get a specific ECAM message about that?
