OMAA / OMDB deal : only for new buyers ?

At release I bought Dubai.

Does that mean that I have to pay the full price now for Abu Dabi, while people who waited now have a good deal ?

Just got a reply from IniBuilds : users who already bought OMDB have to pay the full price …

Advise :  if new airports are being released wait a while before buying them as it might be bundeled with another one in a deal just after …
