No airspeed indication after takeoff (pitot heat is on)

First time I've seen this, flying in icy conditions and my airspeed indicator appears to be INOP. Pitot heat is ON, as well as engine and wing A/I. Little Navmap shows that the aircraft is completely iced over but not sure if that is accurate with this particular aircraft in the sim.

This smells of the onerous icing model with MSFS.  I turned it off a long time ago, setting it to visual only.
