KDAL Xbox X CTD and terrible LOD

Hi 

 

downloaded  KDAL and the airport and surrounding downtown scenery is causing multiple ctd's when loading into sim with msfs sim planes or 3rd party plane reboot install uninstall no help clear cache LOD terrible as you can see as screen shot fly over as well when it does load. There's no ground markings at times or runway markings or loss of avionics on landing 

needs some attention very unstable

Note you cannot load into this airport only fly from another airport spawning at KDAL = CTD
