How do I control all 6 engines?

Until native support for more than four engines is added to the sim; there are currently two ways to control the throttles in the An-225:

- THROTTLE AXIS: controls all six throttle levers

- THROTTLE AXIS 1 controls 1,2 and 3; THROTTLE AXIS 4 controls 4,5 and 6
