How to update Nav Data?

Hi, doesn anyone know how to update navdata? Is it possible with the navigraph fms manager?

I use the Navigraph subscription, and on the FMS data updater adding the "X-Plane GNS430" entry and pointing it to the XP11/Custom Data folder updates the navdata for all compatible addon aircraft.

Not sure of any alternatives if paying for the subscription is not an option for you.
