[Sunskyjet KDTW Exclusion working?]

Hi Guys

In the process of reinstalling P3Dv5 HF1 and finally figured out my buildings at EDDM with the other thread in this Forum so heres a try for my other problem with Sunskyjet KDTW.

I persistently have missing Textures and Texture bleed through (this resolves itsself when I zoom out strangely). Screenies attached. Exclude is installed, is this supposed to be fixed by the exclude file? If so would it be possible to recompile one for HF1 like in the EDDM thread?
