Solutions

  1. jimok82's post in Beacon/Taxi/Landing/Strobe toggles cannot be mapped to switches was marked as the answer   
    Nevermind, I did not realize that you have to use the LVAR document provided in the inibuilds forum and then use software such as SPAD.Next or MobiFlight to map the switches to the LVARs
