I am contacting you to file a complaint regarding a purchase made today. I paid a total of USD 14 for four airline packs for the A350-900 and A350-1000.
Unfortunately, when loading the aircraft into the simulator, the liveries are not displayed correctly: they appear with graphical errors, and the selected airline is not visible. This problem prevents me from using the product properly and does not match what was offered at the time of purchase.
Since this is paid content that is currently not functioning correctly, I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. If it cannot be resolved, I request a refund of the amount paid, as the product does not meet expectations or the provided description.
