I figured out the issue...if you are using the enhanced spinner mod from flightsim.to that is the thing which triggers this awful looking phenomenon just delete it from your community folder and the issue is solved. Hopefully the mod will get updated soon.

Same thing here even with the default livery must be some issues with the model...
